Vide Notification No. 03/2018 dated 15-06-2018 , The Commissioner State GST, Delhi has made compulsorily
to fill e-way Bill for Intra State Sales in Delhi for all sales transactions between
registered taxpayer to registered taxpayer above Rs.1 Lakh only. Further, sales
transactions to unregistered end consumer of any value do not require e-way
bill for intra state movement in Delhi.
This Notification Applicable w.e.f 16th June, 2018
